Governance

Colisée has become a reference stakeholder in the age care sector for dependent seniors in France. Chaired by Christine Jeandel, the group entered a new, durable and responsible phase of growth after its backing in June 2017 to IK Investment Partners (“IK”), one of the leading European investment companies present in France, Germany, Nordic Countries, Benelux.

IK Investment Partners (“IK”) will accompany Colisée in its growth strategy and the deployment of its responsible and respectful corporate project, thanks to the commitment of its teams who take care of patients, residents, home beneficiaries and their relatives.

Christine Jeandel

Président

Christine Jeandel has been the Chairwoman and CEO of Colisée since July 2014.

Before joining Colisée, she was the CEO of Medica, which she steered through two LBOs and an IPO, lifting the company’s revenue from €70 million to €1 billion.

Brigitte Siad

Legal and Tax Affairs Director

Brigitte Siad joined Colisée in 2012.

She was appointed Legal Affairs Director in 2014, after working for VINCI for 11 years.

Estelle Prot

HR and CSR Director

Estelle Prot joined Colisée in 2005.

Appointed Director HR and CSR in 2014, she began her career with Sodexo as head of HR in 2000.

Damien Delacourt

CFO

Damien Delacourt joined Colisée in 2017.

Previously, he held positions of administrative and financial management for the SPIE and VINCI groups for 20 years.

Arnaud Méjane

COO

Arnaud Méjane joined Colisée in 2014 as Chief Operating Officer.

Previously, he occupied the position of Regional Managing Director at KORIAN.

Olivier Dessajan

Director in charge of the Chinese market

Olivier Dessajan joined Colisée in 2013.

He was appointed Director in charge of the Chinese market and Deputy General Manager and member of the board of Colisée’s joint venture with China Merchants.

Massimo Secondo

Senior Administrative Director, Isenior

Massimo Secondo is the founder and President of one of Italy’s leading cooperative companies that provides services to around 4,000 senior citizens.

Alexandra Devic

COO Home Care Agencies

Alexandra Devic joined Colisée in 2016 to head its Home Care Agencies. Previously, she was Director of Human Resources at Korian-Medica and then at the company of nurseries Les Petits Chaperons Rouges.

Gerard Sanfeliu joined Colisée in 2018.

Given the challenges of an ageing population worldwide, we believed it was strategically advantageous to export our expertise in the area of dependent aged care. As a result, we have begun our international expansion first in Italy and China.

At the end of October 2014, Colisée signed an agreement with China Merchants Group, one of the top 10 public companies in China, which resulted in the creation of a joint company called Guangzhou China Merchants – Colisée Senior Health Care Services Co. Ltd.

This company aims to establish a benchmark brand for the design and management of aged care facilities in China.
